SAME DAY DELIVERY
Same Day Delivery - Auckland Read T's & C's - $35.00 (Cut Off 11.30am Mon- Friday) (excludes weekends and public holidays) CURRENTLY. Please ensure to check the Same Day Address Checker. You MUST select SAME DAY DELIVERY at checkout.
* If your parcel is not delivered due to courier delays out side of our control we will refund the difference between same day and standard shipping. If your order value is over $189 you will receive a refund in full.
South Island Express Overnight -excludes rural addresses - $37.00 (Cut Off is 2pm for delivery the following day) (excludes weekends and public holidays)
PICK UPS
You can now select pick up as an option at checkout. Collection is available Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am - 4.00pm. Collection details will be provided once order is received and ready for collection. Spoil Me HQ is located in Albany. If you would like to collect in a hurry please call Spoil Me in operating hours to arrange urgent collection.

North Island: 1-3 working days estimate only.

DELIVERY DETAILS
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once the courier collects your gift box, an automatic email with your tracking number will be provided to the email address you supplied. If for some reason you do not receive it, or you delete the email, please get in touch by emailing orders@spoilme.co.nz
DAMAGES
If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24h. All original packaging must also be kept. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
NON DELIVERY
All no-delivery’s must be reported within 10 days of dispatch. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
