If the courier arrives and no one is home, and we’re unable to reach the recipient using the number provided — or access is restricted (e.g. gates, apartments) — the gift will be returned to the courier depot.

• Re-delivery can be arranged for a $25 fee

We take great care to ensure every gift box leaves our HQ in perfect condition — beautifully packed and ready to delight. However, from time to time, couriers may cause damage in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to keep all original packaging so we can lodge a claim on your behalf with the courier. If the claim is successful, we’ll happily send a replacement.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please report it to us within 10 days of dispatch. This allows us to follow up with the courier and make a claim if needed. If successful, we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
