Do you provide corporate gifting?

Yes if your looking for elevated custom branding to showcase your brand then you have come to the right place. We can incorporate branded elements into your gift design, from cost effective notes cards and labels to more extensive branded products. We are happy to create fully bespoke gits that reflect your brand that clients will love.

Can Spoil Me provide custom branding to showcase a business or event?

Spoil Me design in-house, custom branded gift box sleeves, which are then paired with matching ribbon for a cohesive look with the perfect finishing touch.

Show case your brand with our custom logo labels, this is an affordable cost-effective way to showcase your company to your customers.

We can custom print cards & stationery to help craft and deliver the right messaging for every gift.

Can I buy individual products?

Yes, you can buy individual items or create gift boxes from the design your own section. Note: for individual items these will placed in protective wrap and placed directly into one of our robust shipping boxes.

Can Spoil Me add a personal message within the gift?

Yes, when purchasing any pre curated gift box it will allow you to write a message/note to go with the gift, if you are navigating through the Build A Box section then a note can be added once you select the “gift box -Add me for your design your own gifts”. If you are unsure then please email your message/note through to orders@spoilme.co.nz

How will my gift box be packaged?

We take great care to package every gift. They will be all packaged inside our strong gift box with fill and tissue paper to protect your gifts, then the entire packaged will be placed inside our robust customised Spoil Me delivery boxes.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

With our fast, efficient shipping options, including same-day delivery in Auckland and timely deliveries to other regions, we make gifting effortless and convenient for every occasion.

Can I Track my delivery?

Yes, once the courier collects your gift box, an automatic email with your tracking number will be provided to the email address you supplied. If for some reason you do not receive it, or you delete the email, please get in touch by emailing orders@spoilme.co.nz

Do you deliver to rural NZ addresses?

Does Spoil Me deliver overseas?

Unfortunately, we have suspended international shipping at this stage. We apologise for any inconvenience. We will be reviewing on a on going basis for viability.

My box is a gift, I don’t want an invoice, receipt or packing slip with my order?

Do not worry, we never include any receipts, invoices or packaging slips in any of the packages that we send out!

How long will it take to deliver my gift boxes?

We endeavor to ship your package quickly, however depending on your location different times apply. If you need a gift in a hurry please see our same day delivery and express overnight services.

Can I pick a preferred delivery date?

While we can't guarantee delivery on a certain date, the courier company will do their absolute best! Just keep in mind the minimum time frames for delivery to each region but regardless, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, or contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Please note that couriers only work standard business hours and normal deliveries are not made on the weekend. If you require a Saturday delivery, you can select this option at the checkout. We are also prevented from delivering alcohol on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

Can I select authority to leave or signature only delivery?

Due to the nature of our gift boxes, all parcels are sent standard with a 'signature required'. This means that someone must be home to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to call to let the receiver know they have missed a parcel. They can use this card to get the parcel redelivered or redirected at a convenient time.
If you would prefer to give the courier authority to leave the parcel without a signature, simply request were you write a preferred delivery date, and include instructions on where you would like the courier to leave the gift. By giving the authority to leave the item, you agree to take full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered as the gift will be left unattended. Spoil Me isn’t responsible for what happens to the gift box after the courier has delivered the item.

Can you deliver to a business address?

Address must include the business name. For business deliveries couriers require a signature for delivery. Deliveries can’t be made to businesses after 5pm.

Do Couriers Deliver to PO BOX or Private Bags?

Unfortunately our courier company do not ship to Po Box or Private Bags, a physical address must be provided. 

Can you deliver to a hospital?

Couriers can only deliver to a reception or designated delivery area, please include the hospital name and ward number.

What if my gift box arrives damaged ?

Please get in contact with orders@spoilme.co.nz as soon as possible if your order has arrived damaged - we will do everything that we can to resolve the situation.

Do Couriers Deliver on Holidays ?

The courier network does not deliver on Public Holidays or Sundays
